• This portal is designed to guide applicants through the submission process using a series of structured forms.
• After clicking “Submit an application”, you will be asked to select the programme you wish to apply to.
• Applicants must prepare their application using the official HHF Word templates available on our website.
• The completed application must be uploaded as a PDF at the end of the process, in addition to completing the online forms.

• Applications that do not use the official HHF templates, or that substantially deviate from the required structure or exceed word limits will be discarded.

• You may save your application as a draft and return to it at any time before submission.
• Please review your application carefully before submitting it. Once submitted, your application will enter the selection process and can no longer be modified.
